Ship, then iterate
Small PRs to production daily. We'd rather ship a real thing to real users and learn than polish in a vacuum.
Talk to the customer
Everyone — engineering included — reads support and gets on calls. The roadmap comes from operators, not opinions.
Own the whole thing
No narrow lanes. You'll touch backend, frontend, accounting logic, and state lease law. Generalists thrive here.
