Landlord entry

RCW 59.18.150: 2 days (48 hours) written notice for non-emergency entry. 24 hours for showing to prospective tenants/buyers. Emergencies no notice.

Habitability

RCW 59.18.060: maintain premises fit, comply with codes, weatherproof, plumbing/electrical/HVAC working, common areas safe and clean, locks on entry doors.

Source of income

RCW 59.18.255 prohibits source-of-income discrimination including Section 8 statewide since 2018.
